FXCM offers a range of funding options so you can deposit quickly and securely.

 

All FXCM clients have access to the client-service portal through their live trading account credentials. Visit www.myfxcm.com for details on your trading account, request change to account settings as well as deposit funds.

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) & BANK WIRE

Initiate a transfer following the instructions from your bank. FXCM does not accept cash deposits.

Bank wire deposits take approximately one to two business days (domestic) and three to five business days (international), often less, to arrive and process into your trading account.

To deposit funds by bank wire, print the FXCM bank account details below and take them to your bank for processing.

1Credit and debit card deposits are often available immediately. However, FXCM does not exhibit control over the entire funding process and may rely on third parties to facilitate verification and transfer of funds depending on the deposit origin. Therefore, delays of up to one business day can occur.

FXCM cannot guarantee exchange rates for deposits not made in the currency denomination of the account. If you plan to wire funds in South African Rand, please contact your bank for conversion rates/fees. If you plan to wire funds in US dollar, Euro or UK pound and your FXCM trading account has a different currency denomination, please review our Rate Card for our currency conversion fees.

Third Party Payments: FXCM does not accept Third Party payments. Deposits received from an account in a different name and/or held by someone other than the trading account holder constitutes a third party deposit. This also applies to corporate funds received for an individual account and similar scenarios.
