Moxima Gama

Moxima Gama*

With 14 years’ experience Moxima has honed her skills in the finance and business sectors and subsequently received numerous accolades for her achievements, including being rated as one of South Africa's Top-3 Technical Analysts by the Financial Mail (2014). In 2010 Moxima started her own consultancy after leaving Standard Bank where she worked as their Equity Technical Analyst for online share trading clients, while also heading up and running their country-wide Technical Analysis investment seminars. She has written for the likes of Forbes magazine and continues to write for Finweek on a bi-weekly basis. With over 5 years' broadcasting experience on stock market analysis topics Moxima used to appear every Friday on CNBC on the Market Watch Show where she discussed her share pick of the week.

Jolin Majmin*

Jolin Majmin has been a Portfolio Manager and quantitative strategist at a family office and has run systematic and discretionary macro strategies for over ten years in Switzerland and the UK. At present he advises on low latency trading strategies and global macro markets.His focus has been primarily in derivatives, statistical and actuarial sciences with consulting lecturer roles to the Department of Statics and actuarial science at the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. Prior to this, Mr Majmin has worked for a number of firms in South Africa, France and the UK including, Absa Capital, Calyon, and Citigroup in various quantitative, derivative and structured finance positions. Mr Majmin received a postgraduate degree in Actuarial Science and Applied Mathematics from University of the Witwatersrand (1998).

RUSSELL SHOR

Russell Shor (CFTe, MFTA) has an Honours Degree in Economics from the University of South Africa and holds the coveted Certified Financial Technician and Master of Financial Technical Analysis qualifications from the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA). These combined with over 20 years of financial markets experience allows for a high standard and quality of market analysis. Russell analysis the financial markets from both a fundamental and technical view and emphasises prudent risk management and good reward-to-risk ratios when trading.

Nelson Manyenga

Nelson Manyenga

Nelson Manyenga is currently heading the FXCM South Africa sales team as Head of Sales. He has over 5 years relevant industry experience coupled with educational and professional qualifications that have given him in depth knowledge in the Forex and CFD market. He has presented numerous seminars in and around Johannesburg, his simplistic yet articulate presentation style enables him to deliver the seminar agenda efficiently.

Georgy Mladenov

Georgy Mladenov, Account Executive, has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Bsc Hons) in Banking and Finance from the London School of Economics. Very passionate about financial markets, he has been actively trading since his early university days getting his own experience in trading Forex, stocks and commodities. Georgy firmly believes in value investing and focuses on fundamentals analyses in order to get a long-term/big-picture perspective of the market and security in question. Georgy also uses technical analysis to confirm his trades.
