Depositing trading funds by debit card is simple. Just sign in to MyFXCM and follow the prompts. In this video, we show you step-by-step how to deposit with your debit card.
Depositing funds into your FXCM trading account via credit or debit card can be done in a few easy steps.
From the homepage of the FXCM website, hover over Log In and click My Account. You will be routed to the MyFXCM login page. Log in using the same ID and password used to access the Trading Station. It is important that you do not copy and paste your login information. Doing so may cause extra spaces or unwanted characters to be included.
Once logged in, click on Deposit Funds. Next click on the Credit and Debit icon. Make sure the account number listed is the account which you want to deposit funds, then enter your desired deposit amount and click Continue. You will notice that some of the fields on the Depositing Funds page are pre-populated. This is information we currently have on file for you. At this point, you should fill in your card and billing information. Enter your credit or debit card information. Enter the name of your bank. If your billing address is different than your residential address, enter the correct billing address.
After all required fields have been completed, click Continue to submit your deposit. If your deposit is approved, you will be shown a Confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email with the same information at the email address we have on file for you. If your deposit is not reflected in your account balance immediately, please allow approximately one business day for processing.
In the event that your deposit is declined, you will receive an email listing several possible reasons why the transaction did not go through. You are welcome to try depositing your funds again.
